Hotel Effie is in a very central location and most things are just a few minutes away. I walked almost everywhere because things were so close. Right from leaving the ship, the hotel is just a few minutes to reach without a car. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating and always had an idea for daily activities even when I didn't. I felt cared for and taken care of. The facilities are clean and the surroundings are like a picture from a travel guide. Very peaceful atmosphere and simplistic charm. I would definitely visit again!

We really liked our stay, the person received us very warm and was very helpful. It felt like staying at relatives home ;) the location is calm and close to port and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day. I liked that the room has 2 balconies and the view was amazing, and I loved the bougainvilleas.

The service is exceptional, with extremely welcoming and accommodating staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is situated in a central location, within walking distance to Scala and all the amenities. A great choice for accommodation in Patmos.

Breakfast was cold buffet continental style. Hotel was in a pleasant setting in a quiet location but a short walk from the resort centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a good stay. Good quiet location. The rooms are simple but have everything you'd need. It was very clean. Very nice breakfast with a good selection. It has quite a few different outlooks, over the courtyard, views towards Chora, and out to the rear. All are pleasant and peaceful, but they do seem to have different sized balconies. It seems to be family run and all the staff we encountered were really friendly, helpful and kind. I would definitely stay there again.

Efficiency, simple but very functional. Staff was great. They arranged a complimentary room that was vacant to let our children have more space. Location and services at walking distance, out of the noise of central Skala. They also provided transportation to and from the port

very nice location, wonderful exterior. the staff were the highlight, sending a car for me when i arrived (without me even asking) and graciously allowing me to leave my bags for the day, as my ferry didn’t leave until 12am. the room was comfortable and clean, and there was a little balcony included that was charming. it was so hot when I stayed but I maybe saw 1-2 mosquitos the whole time.

Hotel Effie is very good situated near to the beach and to the town. From our great balcony we had a great view to the castle and to the Sea. The room was very clean and the Breakfast was very delicious. A short distance walk goes to the Meloi Beach a very quiet and fantastic beach in a corniche. A near pretty nice restaurant I can recommand without any doubt.
